Former Samsung and Korea Institute of Industrial Technology (KITECH) Executive Joins to Accelerate the Growth of PPS OEM Solutions Business
Los Angeles, CA – October 16, 2015 – Pressure Profile Systems, Inc. (PPS), an innovative developer of tactile sensors that provide the "sense of touch" to cutting edge OEM products, announced today that it had appointed Mr. David Koh as its Global OEM Business Director effective October 16, 2015. In his new role, Mr. Koh will be responsible for establishing PPS high volume tactile sensor manufacturing infrastructure, driving the various ongoing OEM projects PPS has with world leading Fortune 500 companies such as Samsung from design to manufacture and developing new OEM business opportunities where there is a need for embedding PPS sensors into innovative products.

Mr. Koh began his career with Samsung where he was responsible for generating more than $20 million in annual sales. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry from the University of Washington and he is also an expert in international business development, international trade and R&D/technology collaboration with significant experience in the Korean and North American markets. Mr. Koh possesses excellent connections with Korean government, Korean government agencies, Universities, Industries, Research Institutes and their senior decision makers and has proven track record in closing OEM deals and developing market penetration strategies. In his tenure at Samsung & KITECH, he led the implementation of various international joint ventures and collaboration projects between Korean and North American companies including market leaders such as Dae Heung Industrial(Automotive), Avenor, Finlay Forest, Boise Cascade, Abitibi-Consolidated (Pulp & Paper), MEAD(Consumer Products), and Boeing(Advanced Materials)
